- Two Vikings sign letter of intents
Runningback Markus Douglas signed a letter of intent to play at Jacksonville State University, a Division I school in the Ohio Valley Conference. Douglas rushed for 1,110 yards on 244 carries in route to being named team MVP for the Vikings as well as All-State Honorable Mention and 2nd team All-Region. Douglas was also recruited by Middle Tennesse and West Virginia. Also, Justin Bedsole signed with Mississippi College, a Division III school located in Clinton, Mississippi. The 6-foot, 180-pound QB threw for just more than 1,000 yards during his senior season, giving him 1,965 yards and 15 touchdowns in two years as the Vikings starting quarterback. Justin had also been recruited and offered scholorships by Millsaps and Belhaven.

- Six Vikings Named to All-Region Team
Running back Markus Doulgas and Kicker Troy Carter were named to the Mobile Register All-Region Team. Markus and Troy were named 2nd Team All-Region while TE Alexander Henderson, DB Travis Williamson, LB Matt Davis and QB Justin Bedsole were listed as Honorable Mention to the All-Region Team. - McCarroll shines in Alabama All-Star Game
Congratulation to Julien McCarroll for his participation in the 2004 Alabama All-Star Football Game held in Troy, Alabama at Movie Gallery
Stadium. Despite the loss for the South Team, Julien was part of the South's Defensive unit that held the North's Offense to 74 total yards for the game. Once again, congratulations "Jules" and Go VIkes.
